This 30-room boutique hotel in the heart of Luxembourg City underwent a complete renovation integrating the latest KNX technologies to offer an exceptional guest experience while optimising energy management.
Our installation includes a complete hotel management system with card access control, in-room presence management, and automated scenarios (welcome, departure, cleaning).
Each room features intelligent control of lighting, temperature, blinds and the multimedia system, accessible via an intuitive tablet. The common areas (reception, restaurant, spa) also benefit from automated management with scenarios adapted to each time of day.
A supervision interface allows hotel staff to manage the entire building, monitor energy consumption and receive alerts in the event of malfunctions.
