Corporate offices in Esch-sur-Alzette
This large-scale project involved the complete automation of a modern office building in Esch-sur-Alzette. Our mission was to create an intelligent working environment that is energy-efficient and adaptable to the company's evolving needs.
The KNX installation covers the entire 2000 m² spread over 4 floors, with particular attention paid to energy efficiency and user comfort.
The system includes intelligent lighting management with presence detection and adaptation to natural light, precise zoned control of heating, ventilation and air conditioning, as well as an integrated security system with access control and video surveillance.
A centralised interface allows the facility manager to monitor and adjust all building parameters, while users have local control in their workspaces.
